Urgent Appointments
All urgent appointments are released on the day, you can use the online triage system to book an appointment online through the Accurx service, this is for all services including, nurses, pharmacist and social prescribers. Including placing a request for any medications.
The link is available between 8.00am to 18.30pm on weekdays.
If your query is Urgent, please contact Extended Access or use the emergency services available to yourself, such as 111, A&E or Urgent Treatment Care.
To complete a triage please use the link stated above to fill out your details, symptoms, you can also state what time would be preferable for you or which Doctor you would prefer to see and we will accommodate accordingly and send an appointment time and date. Once you receive a confirmation, please respond to let us know if it is suitable for you. Please complete the triages with as much information possible so you can be triaged appropriately.
Routine Appointments
Arrange an appointment and complete the online questionnaire. The reception staff will respond to you via text message within the same working day (not including bank holidays).
Cancelling or changing an appointment
If you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that someone else can use the appointment. You can cancel or change your appointment:

Out of Hours
Contact the surgery on 0121 526 7151 and a recorded message will advise you on how to contact a doctor. Please have a pen and paper ready.

When can I get an out-of-hours appointment?
Extra GP appointments are available on weekdays between 6.30pm to 9.00pm, weekends 10.00am to 3.00pm and bank holidays 11.00am to 1.30pm. If you need an appointment please ring OurNet on 01922 501 999. People will only be seen if they have booked an appointment.

Home Visits
If you are too ill to visit the surgery please contact the surgery on 0121 526 7151 between 9.00am to 11.00am if at all possible. You will need to provide details of your symptoms.
