Disabled Access
We have embraced the principles of the Disability Act by easy access. All patient facilities are on the ground floor of the surgery. There is a ramp to the front door. The front door is not automatic, if a patient requires assistance let the reception team know. Disabled parking and disabled toilets are available.

Our telephone lines are open from 9.00am to 6.30pm from Monday to Friday apart from Thursday when they close at 1.00pm.
On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday between 1.00pm to 3.30pm and on Thursdays between 1.00pm to 4.00pm the phones are answered by OurNet. OurNet will arrange for you to either speak to or be seen by a clinician.

In an emergency between the hours of 6.30pm to 8.00am please contact 111. This out-of-hours service is for emergencies that cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

If you are confronted by a serious problem such as severe chest pain or profuse bleeding, call an ambulance (Tel: 999).
On Fridays between 1.00pm and 3.30pm and Thursdays between 1.00pm and 6.30pm the phones will divert to OurNet. They will arrange for you to either speak to or be seen by a clinician.
