• Blood tests must be requested through clinical staff only
• Requires GP Referral? Yes

Travel Health

• Please ensure appointment is booked 8 weeks prior to travel and risk assessment form completed and returned to surgery. Download the travel risk assessment form (DOCX, 27KB). Ask reception for further information

Asthma Clinic

COPD

• Spirometry testing is not provided by the surgery, we will be able to refer you to the appropriate service for this.

Flu

• Held by all nursing staff
• October to March each year
• Offered to those patients at risk as a priority

Mental Health

• Helen Bradburn: Mental Health Triage nurse
• Ask reception for dates
• Appointments not booked from surgery, ask reception for details

Health Checks 

Health checks are free for anyone who is eligible and is over the age of 75.
